Hiap Seng Engineering Limited FZC begins construction on Mount Row Terminal Expansion Project

Hiap Seng Engineering Limited FZC has begun works on the Mount Row Terminal Expansion Project after securing the $192 million (€168.6 million) engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract from Mount Row Terminals FZE in March 2026.

The Mount Row Terminal Expansion Project, located in the Fujairah Oil Industry Zone, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, has an overall completion schedule of 28 months. It will be a fully automated storage terminal with a capacity of 560,000m3 over 22 white oil storage tanks and the associated facilities.

Hiap Seng’s internal resources, including design and detailed engineering from its newly upgraded offices in Dubai, and procurement, contracts, construction and commissioning management from its Fujairah headquarters, will drive project execution.
