Aegis Logistics has signed a framework agreement with its subsidiary Aegis Vopak Terminals (AVTL) to build an additional refrigerated propane storage tank and its associated facilities at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) tank farm in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
The propane storage tank will have a capacity of 51,998 tonnes and have specifications including refrigerated double steel walls, full containment and insulation. Aegis will receive ₹142.5 crore (€12.9 million) from AVTL upon the execution of the agreement.
According to CNBC TV18, ‘[Aegis Logistics] reported a consolidated net profit of ₹484 crore (€44 million) for the quarter ended June [2026], compared with ₹131 (€11.9 million) crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue from operations increased 37% year-on-year to ₹2,357 crore (€214 million) from ₹1,719 crore (€156 million).’
