Advario Acquires Stake from Macquarie Helios Holdings

Advario has acquired the remaining stake in Advario Helios Singapore from Macquarie Helios Holdings, giving the company 100% ownership of Advario Helios Singapore, according to a post on LinkedIn.

The Helios terminal is strategically located on the south end of Jurong Island, Singapore, and plays a key role in Singapore’s bunkering ecosystem. The 503,000 m3 storage facility supplies industrial gases to Jurong Island and handles a range of fuels and industrial gases. With ample waterfront access and room for expansion, the terminal is well-positioned for the storage and logistics of future energy solutions, low carbon ammonia and methanol, biofuels, and eventually hydrogen.
