Jet2 invests in Fulcrum BioEnergy project

Fulcrum BioEnergy announced on LinkedIn that airline, Jet2 (Jet2Holidays) has made a strategic, project level investment into Fulcrum NorthPoint. This is Fulcrum BioEnergy’s UK waste-to-SAF plant currently under development at Ellesmere Port in the North of England.

This move, by a leading UK airline, is a true show of commitment to the production and use of SAF in the UK.

Fulcrum BioEnergies managing director Jeff Ovens says: ‘Its great to have the team from Jet2 on board as we move this ground-breaking project along its runway, targeting take-off in 2027.’
