Evos has installed over 1,500 new solar panels at its Amsterdam West terminal, which now has 1,700 panels in place with an estimated annual generation of 650 MWh. The system will deliver an estimated peak capacity of 770 kWp. Alongside the solar panels, the company have added 12 new electric vehicle (EV) charging points, increasing the total to 17, and making green transportation even more accessible. This project is also a contributor to the Port of Amsterdam’s ambitions to achieve 260,000 m² of solar panels in 2024 and 350,000 m² in 2025. Evos has contributed 5,200 m² of solar panels so far.
