This award honours a company or individual demonstrating outstanding commitment to promoting and advancing diversity within the tank storage sector. The judges were impressed by Emerson’s diversity programmes, which have directly reached 6,000 employees, its ability as a big company to set an example of ensuring a fair, diverse workplace and its multitude of employee resource groups. ‘We are a storage business and we wanted to show what else we are doing.
