How does it feel to achieve this? It feels like recognition of our ‘Evergreen’ idea more than of a product. The five-year HAZOP cycle is so deeply embedded in our industry that most operators stopped questioning it long ago, but winning this gold tells us the sector is ready to see process hazard analysis as a continuous discipline, rather than a scheduled event. Credit belongs equally to our customers: the terminal operators who were willing to run their process safety differently and prove that an in-house, always-current risk record actually works in daily practice.   Tell us about the project that netted the gold.
