Petrochemical tanksAdvario has just completed the refurbishment and repurposing of a 115,000-barrel storage tank at its Texas City Terminal, US.

‘We are very pleased to have just refurbished and repurposed a 115,000 barrel storage tank at our Texas City terminal,’ says Frank Rodriguez, director commercial at Advario North America. ‘The tank now stores feedstock for a nearby production facility, providing an efficient and immediate solution that meets the customer’s needs.’

Advario Texas City is located on the Texas City Channel. The site, which has direct waterfront access, has more than 100 tanks of varying sizes, and stores a wide range of products, from ammonia, biofuels and organic chemicals to gases and clean petroleum products.

Besides having waterfront access, Advario Texas City is connected to the pipeline grid and Texas highway network. It also has direct pipeline connections to local chemical production plants and refineries.
