Crosby Foods has announced the acquisition of the sweetener portfolio from Caesars Tea Inc. The acquisition adds five new SKUs to Crosby’s nutritive sweetener range, aligning with the company’s recent rebranding from Crosby’s Molasses to Crosby Foods.

The newly acquired products include three Organic Golden Sugar SKUs: Organic Agave and Crystal Rock Sugar. In addition to the broader product line, Crosby Foods will introduce resealable stand-up pouch packaging.

‘This acquisition aligns perfectly with Crosby’s vision to innovate and diversify our product offerings, while also meeting consumer demand for high-quality, pure and natural ingredients,’ says William Crosby, vice president of Crosby Foods Limited. ‘The addition of stand-up pouching not only enhances our operational capabilities but also provides our customers with more packaging options for their evolving needs.’
