Fairfield Chemical Carriers Merges into MOL Chemical Tankers

MOL Chemical Tankers has announced that Fairfield Chemical Carriers has officially merged into MOL Chemical Tankers, effective April 1, 2025.

With this, all planned changes, including asset and contract transfers, and the unified brand integration under ‘MOL Chemical Tankers,’ will be implemented from the effective date.

This merger marks a significant step in strengthening MOL Chemical Tankers’ position in the chemical tanker industry, expanding service capabilities, and enhancing operational efficiencies.

As one unified organisation, the company remains fully committed to delivering greater value while maintaining the trust and confidence of all stakeholders.
