QADworks, Stand P35
QADworks is bringing a practical, operator f irst approach to terminal digitalization, by showcasing solutions that replace paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools with real-time, workflow-driven execution across marine, truck, and rail. The company’s focus is helping terminals digitize field and office processes, integrate planning tools with ERP/TOS systems, and create a single operational picture for teams across shifts. The goal is faster execution, fewer errors, and a stronger foundation for analytics and AI-readiness, without forcing a rip-and re
place of existing systems.
How does your solution address the challenges faced by tank terminal operators?
Terminal challenges often come from manual handoffs, re-keying, and limited visibility when plans change. QADworks’ solution digitises critical workflows (moves, inspections, permits, approvals), captures timestamped events, and connects planning to execution so the schedule reflects reality in near real time. This reduces delays, improves coordination between operations and admin, and supports consistent compliance. Teams gain live visibility into queues, constraints, exceptions, and progress, enabling quicker decisions and smoother turnaround. The result is safer operations, better throughput, and clearer performance insights.
How are you evolving your solutions to support future fuels?
Future fuels add complexity in product rules, quality requirements, segregation, and traceability. QADworks designs solutions to be configurable and product-aware: terminals can introduce new products, specifications, and handling steps without rebuilding the platform. QADworks embed quality and compliance checkpoints into workflows (sampling, documentation, chain-of custody) and improve traceability with granular event data. The integration friendly approach also makes it easier to connect lab systems, sensors, and external partners as requirements evolve.
What are you most excited about at StocExpo 2026?
QADworks is looking forward to conversations with operators about real-world bottlenecks, how terminals are preparing for future fuels, and what ‘modernisation without disruption’ looks like in practice.
