It also embodies our focus on collaboration, innovation, and delivering value to our clients,’ the company said in a statement on LinkedIn. ‘Designed with award-winning sustainability features, this innovative building is the first in London to use material passports, ensuring over 80% of construction materials can be reused or recycled in the future. It’s also fully electric and and warmed by renewable heating systems.’
