Thomas de Boer takes over as president director of Shell Netherlands

From September 2026, Thomas de Boer will succeed Frans Everts as president director of Shell Netherlands. Everts has led the role since April 2023. Under Everts’ leadership, Shell Netherlands began construction on one of Europe’s largest green hydrogen plants, and made progression on new energies with Shell’s fourth offshore wind farm and the roll-out of the charging stations network.
