IMI has acquired TWTG, an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) specialist based in the Netherlands. TWTG will become part of IMI’s Process Automation sector. TWTG offers solutions that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability across industries including energy, utilities, and heavy manufacturing. With this acquisition, IMI aims to leverage TWTG’s expertise to accelerate its growth in the fast-evolving IIoT market, providing customers with digitalisation solutions.
