Loadtec Engineered Systems has created a new servicing company to provide servicing and support for road, sea and marine loading and access equipment.
Loadtec Service will be will be led by marine loading arms, ports and technology expert Martin Dicke-Künitz and Rob Williams, who has 20 years’ experience in assembling, installing and selling equipment in the oil, gas and chemical industries.
Managing director Alec Keeler says: ‘We hear so many stories about service teams that do not meet customer expectations, overcharge the client for spares and fail to arrive when promised. Some are poorly prepared, have little or no knowledge of the equipment to be serviced or, through poor communication, have assumed plant availability that just isn’t there.
‘We were very fortunate with our timings as we recently recruited two of the best experts in the world of marine technology and services. So we took the opportunity to plug this clear gap in the service industry by forming Loadtec Service.’
