Oiltanking Deutschland has announced that Reza Adami will assume role of managing director of Oiltanking Deutschland and Oiltanking Hungary from 1 January 2023. He succeeds Sven Thiessen, who will leave the company after more than 10 years. Adami has worked for Marquard & Bahls, Mabanaft, and Oiltanking in various positions since 2003, both in Germany and internationally.

Martin Olszewski assumed the role of managing director of Oiltanking Waltershof  on 1 December 2022. He has worked for GMA, Mabanaft, and Oiltanking in various positions since 2012, successfully managing several different teams.

Anke Tannhäuser, senior vice president marketing and supply at Mabanaft says: ‘As managing director, Sven has contributed significantly to Oiltanking Deutschland’s success and good results. We thank him for his many years of dedication and commitment and wish him all the best for the future. We are pleased that we in Reza and Martin have found suitable successors from within our own ranks who both know the company very well and will continue to manage the storage business in line with our group strategy. I very much look forward to continuing working together.’
