Popular breakbulk exhibition, AntwerpXL, returns in 2023

Hosted by the Port of Antwerp, the region’s leading breakbulk event AntwerpXL returns to Belgium on 28-30 November.

This specialised event is dedicated to the logistics of Breakbulk, RoRo and Heavy Lift and brings the international industry together in a relaxed environment of networking and thought-provoking content.

AntwerpXL provides the industry with a platform to forge lasting and rewarding relationships with an audience of 3,500 cargo owners, freight forwarders, ports, carriers, agents and more from over 70 different countries.

Companies that visited last year include ArcelorMittal, Nordex, Tata Steel, Vestas Offshore Wind, Siemens Gamesa, BP Aromatics, Solvay, Sumito Chemical Europe, Caterpillar, BASF, Desmet Ballestra and many more.

‘I love AntwerpXL and will be coming back next year as it is such a great event for the industry,’ says Nataliya Maiseyenka, Transportation Manager, Caterpillar.

Exhibitors fell in love with the event when it was launched in 2019 as it gave them the opportunity to raise brand awareness, meet with both new and current clients, showcase their products and network with peers.

Industry leaders including BBC Chartering, Varamar, Spliethoff, Fednav, Grimaldi, Steelduxx, C. Steinweg, Konecranes, and Port of Bremen will all be present at the event.

 As well as exclusive networking opportunities, this year’s conference will cover key industry topics such as sustainability in shipping, overcoming cyber security threats and how Rising energy prices and inflation are impacting the breakbulk sector.
