SAPREF onboards Smartflow to digitalise terminal

SAPREF, a fuels import terminal, is the latest terminal to introduce Smartflow systems as part of digitalisation. They are now digitalising the ISGOTT v6 processes and incoming ship scheduling.

SAPREF, a joint venture between Shell Refining SA and BP Southern Africa, is situated in the Port of Durban. The terminal is a vital part of the fuel supply chain in South Africa. Its imports include mogas, jet, diesel, and fuel oil and import volumes exceed 500 million litres per month.
