Deutsche ReGas confirms interest in LNG

Deutsche ReGas, liquid natural gas (LNG) company and the developer of the FSRU-based LNG terminal in the Port of Lumbin, have confirmed huge interest in the facility following an open season. The available annual regasification capacity for long-term bookings of 11.7 billion m³ have been significantly oversubscribed at 15.2 billion m³.

Stephan Knabe, chairman of the supervisory board of Deutsche ReGas says: ‘It is with great pleasure that we can already announce […] that our LNG terminal will be completed December 2022 will be fully utilised and will make an important contribution to the supply Germany can afford with natural gas.’
