Exolum has obtained the maximum score of 100 points in the GRESB Infrastructure Asset Benchmark Report 2025, consolidating its position as a leader in sustainability in the energy and water resources sector in Europe.

The report positions Exolum above the average for the sector in every dimension evaluated. This recognition reaffirms the position of Exolum as an international leader in the sustainable management of energy infrastructure, underlining its leadership position in innovation, operating efficiency and the contribution to the decarbonisation of the sector.

GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is the principal international standard that evaluates performance in sustainability of activity and infrastructure, evaluating environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects at global level.

Cristina Jaraba, global people lead at Exolum, says: ‘This result is recognition for the integration of sustainability into the global strategy of the company and the solidity of our ESG management model. Obtaining maximum score in the GRESB is an achievement that cements our position as an international leader in sustainability and shows that governance, responsible management of resources and a positive impact on our environment are truly central pillars of our business.t
