ExxonMobil Fawley has completed its Southampton to London Pipeline (SLP) installation project in a major milestone for UK aviation. The project included upgrading on‑site facilities to increase jet fuel capacity and strengthen supply to London airports. It marks a £15 million (€17.3 million) investment, 90,000 dedicated work hours and partnership with 35 major vendors and contracting partners.

‘The flawless execution of this project is a testament to the dedication, expertise and collaboration of our team and contracting partners,’ comments Joel Mizen, site manager at ExxonMobil Fawley. ‘By delivering this complex infrastructure safely, on time and with no safety incidents, we have increased jet fuel flow rates, strengthening Britain’s energy security and helping secure a reliable future for UK aviation.’
