The TF Warren Group has acquired Krueger Engineering and Manufacturing (KEMCO), a leading manufacturer of shell and tube heat exchangers for more than 70 years.
This acquisition strengthens TF Warren’s position in the petrochemical, refining, and gas processing market, expands its product portfolio, and accelerates its growth strategy. Krueger president Wendel Kovar comments: ‘This strategic acquisition marks an exciting chapter in our story, one that promises enhanced capabilities, expanded resources, and a wider range of solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.’
