Indian Oiltanking (IOTL) is a joint venture company between Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and Oiltanking (based in Hamburg, Germany). Raipur Terminal is India’s first common user terminal and was built between 2013 and 2014. It was later commissioned in September 2015. The terminal is in the central Indian state of Chhattisgarh.
