FETSA’s executive director Ravi Bhatiani responds to the EU’s latest White Paper and what role the terminals industry has to play in defence In late March, the EU announced a White Paper on Defence, as part of the ReArmEU discussions to increase EU defence readiness for worst case scenarios.
