Oil Terminal 2021 conference advert

Vostock Capital has compiled the free-to-download report on the largest investment projects for oil storage, transshipment, and processing.

The report was prepared prior to Vostock’s 16th annual conference, Tank Farms and Oil Terminals: operation, modernisation, development, to be held on 24-26 November 2021, in St Petersburg, Russia.

The report with the full list of investment projects is available on the conference website. These and other industry projects will be further discussed within the event.

Among the projects included in the report:

  • Rosmortrans-Temryuk has planned construction of a terminal for petroleum transshipment in the port of Temryuk, Krasnodar region. The capacity of the new terminal will amount to 2.1 million tpa and it belongs to the infrastructure facilities of the Temryuk seaport. Two berths with stands for pumping petroleum products on the territory of the port are planned for phase-by-phase construction. The length of the mooring front will equal 331.7 m. Drainage, pumping equipment and other facilities and structures necessary for receiving, storing and transshipment of petroleum products will also be constructed.
  • Slavneft-Megionneftegaz plans to build linear infrastructure and oil and gas production facilities at Megion and Mykhpayskoye fields in Tyumen region. It is scheduled to construct pipelines to deliver associated petroleum gas from field oil and gas treatment facilities to the points of connection to external transport networks for further transportation to Nizhnevartovsk gas processing complex.
  • Remstal has announced the construction of an LPG transport and transshipment complex for 1 million tpa in Khabarovsk region. Railway tracks, flyovers for the discharge of liquefied petroleum gases, scales and a checkpoint will be built at the terminal site. Project investment amounts to RUB 7.6 billion (€87.92 million). Completion is scheduled for 2024.
  • St Petersburg Oil Terminal plans to upgrade production, including construction of a new tank farm using double protection technology and a universal railway overpass. Project investment amounts to RUB 5 billion.
