Brodie Meter Co has bought the Daniel Legacy Compact Prover product line from Emerson Automation Solutions.

The acquisition expands Brodie’s flow measurement portfolio. It will be rebranded as the Brodie Compact Prover. Brodie intends to support the global legacy installed base and new opportunities. The company says that there will be a phased re-integration approach, and production of new units will begin in 2022.

As part of the acquisition, Brodie will purchase parts for the product line directly from Emerson’s previous suppliers.
