Environmental risk reduction specialist Adler and Allan has appointed three new people to its senior leadership team.
Henrik Pedersen, formerly the group commercial director, is now the group managing director, and will provide a focus on commercial growth based on Adler and Allan’s technical expertise and customer service record.
Former group managing director Mike Willink will now take up the role as group development director, to manage the integration and success of acquisitions, and will retain responsibility for group supporting functions.
Mark Bannister will join Adler and Allen as the new group commercial director. He has previously held similar roles at companies including RS Electrocomponents and Travis Perkins.
Effective from 1 March 2021, the three new appointees will support the company’s growth plans as the UK’s leading provider of environmental risk reduction services, following on from a strong performance in 2020. The appointments follow the recent announcement that that Adler and Allan has a new financial partner, Sun European Partners.
