The Engineering Equipment and Materials Users Association (EEMUA) has launched a new e-learning introductory course on process safety management for industrial sites.

The course is a new addition to EEMUA’s ‘for the industry, by the industry’ package, and is based on guidance already commonly used in process safety from the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the Energy Institute, the UK Health and Safety Executive and Det Norske Veritas. It is at the awareness/introductory level, and participants who complete the course can take an online test to achieve awareness-level certification.

The course lasts 90 minutes and is available through the EEMUA Shop.

Other courses are available including on alarm systems, cyber security, control rooms, storage tanks, plastic tanks and third-party inspection.
