S&B Infrastructure, a Texas, US-based engineering firm, has bought Cape Environmental Management’s (CAPE’s) domestic and international fuels businesses.

CAPE’s fuel businesses will allow S&B to offer specialist fuelling services, mainly to aviation, including commercial airports and military airfields, as well as in-house industrial services such as storage tank construction and repairs, specialised coatings and linings, and other critical maintenance and construction services. The transaction also includes offices in Florida, Alabama, the Caribbean Islands, and South America. 90 CAPE staff members will be retained.

‘The acquisition strengthens our existing infrastructure capabilities to build or repair, as well as provide critical maintenance services for clients in government, energy, aviation, power, and more,’ says Daniel Rios, president of S&B Infrastructure.
