Johnson Controls Industrial Heating and Cooling Solutions Benelux has been awarded by Worley for the realisation of the central chiller plant for BP’s green hydrogen plant. Johnson Controls will design and realise sustainable refrigeration solutions for safe cooling of electrical rooms and cabinets.

BP is building a 100MW green hydrogen plant at its refinery in Lingen Germany, aiming to produce up to 11,000 tons of green hydrogen annually, for use in BP’s own refineries and supporting the decarbonisation of other industries customers in the region as well.
