With more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, and strategic growth, Emile brings a strong track record of scaling international organisations and building empowered teams. He has held senior roles at American Express and Teleperformance supporting top-tier companies like Samsung, Apple, Klarna, and Vodaphone, where he specialised in process optimisation, digital transformation, and high-performing team development across complex operational environments. Emile joins Desu Systems at a pivotal time. As the company celebrates its 20th anniversary, it is scaling both its internal operations and international reach, while preparing to launch its new K-Star Automatic Degreasing System. Operating in more than 64 countries, Desu continues to grow as a trusted distributor of advanced technologies for flame and gas detection, OGI & methane emission monitoring, kitchen fire suppression, and armored vehicle fire safety. Ronald Verkroost, CEO of Desu Systems, says: 'We are excited to welcome Emile to the leadership team. His experience in scaling organisations and creating strong, performance-driven cultures will be instrumental as we expand into new markets and strengthen our internal capabilities.' Reporting directly to the CEO, Emile will focus on scaling Desu’s structure, expanding the commercial team, and streamlining operational processes to support sustainable growth. Emile Hippe, managing director, adds: 'I’m honoured to join Desu Systems at such an exciting time in its journey. The company has built a solid foundation and earned a strong reputation over two decades. I look forward to contributing to the next phase by building the structure, consistency, and culture needed to grow even further - always with people at the centre.'
