Maintenance strategy: simple & impactful

Simply said, it means managing the maintenance function better than your competition. Well, and what does it mean to manage the maintenance function better? Better in this case, would mean to manage the maintenance function to greater results: costs, plant uptime, and safety performance. But even as companies establish the above goals for greater results, they tend to be challenged to achieve them consistently. The challenges stem from multiple sources that act to slowdown or in some case impede performance results.
