Tepsa France appoints Mathieu Bleusez as general manager

Tepsa France has appointed Mathieu Bleusez as general manager, who takes over the role from Didier Clot.

Bleusez is a chemical engineer specialising in quality, health, safety and environment and has held several terminal manager positions within Tepsa, demonstrating extensive experience in liquid product storage. In 2025, he was promoted to deputy general manager of Tepsa France and is currently a member of the Tepsa Group GMC.

Bruno Hayem, president of the board of directors, Tepsa France, states: ‘Drawing on his extensive industry expertise and deep knowledge of the company, Mathieu Bleusez will lead Tepsa France into the next stages of its development, relying on the expertise and commitment of the management committee and all Tepsa France employees. We wish Mathieu Bleusez every success in his new role.
