Exolum has announced a change in its leadership. After nine years on the job, CEO Jorge Lanza and chairwoman Rosa García, are stepping down from their respective roles, making way for new leadership that will drive a new evolution of the company’s strategic plan. Their departure from the company will be effective after the annual shareholders’ general meeting in May.
Rosa García and Jorge Lanza have played a crucial role in the transformation and growth of Exolum (formerly Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos – CLH), positioning Exolum as the leading company in Europe in its sector. During their tenure, the company began its internationalization and diversification, now being present in 11 different countries and expanding its range of services to the storage and transportation of chemical products, including new energy vectors aligned with the energy transition such as hydrogen or ammonia. Additionally, during this period, Exolum has consolidated itself as a leader in aviation fuel management at airports, currently serving 170 million passengers per year in 48 airports worldwide. Thanks to this growth strategy, Exolum group’s EBITDA has increased from €339m in 2015 to the current €700m.

Their ability to inspire and motivate the entire team has been fundamental in achieving strategic objectives. Their legacy will endure in the organization.
