IMTT’s VP for environment, health, safety and security, Traci Johnson, shares her journey from chemical engineering into terminals and leadership Traci Johnson began her terminals career with IMTT as an assistant during her undergraduate degree in chemical engineering. ‘It was the Christmas break of my freshman year, and my dad asked me what I was planning on doing that summer,’ recalls Johnson. ‘Of course, I had no idea.’ Luckily, her father reminded her of an aunt that worked in the HR department at IMTT.
